When several products, frequencies, environments, or exposures change together, a later timeline cannot separate them. This beta keeps a stable baseline, one open routine change, dated exposures, buyer descriptions, confounders, and stop actions in the same local file without turning sequence into causation.

A family name, hero ingredient, or retailer page can miss a variant, batch, strength, warning, direction, or changed ingredient list. The specimen rail keeps the current exact text, capture date, source role, and formula-change note attached to the real item.
DATED ORDER / NO CAUSATION
The offline tool places recorded baseline, change, exposure, reaction, and stop events in date order. It keeps undated or missing records visible instead of filling gaps. It does not infer which product caused a response or whether a product is compatible.

A visible stop-and-seek-qualified-help band appears only when the user checks the urgent flag. The tool does not assess symptoms, infer severity, diagnose, recommend treatment, or replace emergency or medical care. The participant should not delay care to finish the journal.
